Scheduled Maintenance
Together with Serafima GmbH Zefyr-Turbo provides maintenance schedules and procedures with all rotating equipment sold to its Clients, together with automatic flagging for parts ordering in Zefyr's inventory management system. However, with Zefyr cost competitive designs often achieving 40 year operating lives and 6 years of continuous operation (twice the API specifications), maintenance is a small part of the equation.
With robust designs and a strong track record of reliability, maintenance intervals are typically included at scheduled process plant turnarounds without the need for maintenance downtime between turnarounds. Maintenance can typically be completed within 8 hours with standard spare parts onsite. This avoids turnaround extensions and allows maintenance teams to focus on other aspects of bringing the plant back on line.
Emergency Maintenance
Zefyr-Turbo and Serafima guarantee a 24 hour response time by well trained rotating equipment technicians anywhere in the world. We are proud of the reliability of our equipment, and we have specialist maintenance task force teams with multi-discipline expertise in place to get you quickly back online in the rare occasions of an emergency issue with our equipment.
Spare Parts
Zefyr-Turbo and Serafima carry an inventory of spare parts and replacement equipment items, which are readily available for our Clients. We retain customer equipment records and maintenance logs, so that all our fans, blowers and compressors can be effectively supplied with the appropriate parts.
If a standard part of equipment item is not readily available, we will reproduce the appropriate part from its design specification archives.
Part delivery can be made to anywhere in the world, with expedited delivery by Fedex if required.
